On behalf of the Board of Directors of Milestone Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the “Company” or “Milestone”), I want to take this opportunity to invite you to attend our 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The Annual Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. During the Annual Meeting, registered shareholders and duly appointed proxyholders will vote on the proposals set forth in the Notice of Annual Meeting and the accompanying management proxy circular and proxy statement (the “Proxy Statement”), as well as receive a report on the progress of the Company. For those shareholders who have previously provided instructions to receive paper copies of our proxy materials, a paper copy will be sent to you in addition to a Notice Regarding Internet Availability of Proxy Materials (the “Notice”). The Annual Meeting will take place via a virtual meeting portal through which you can listen to the Annual Meeting, submit questions and vote online. You will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person.
We are providing access to our proxy materials, including our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, in a fast and efficient manner via the Internet to all shareholders of record as of April 15, 2025, and will post our proxy materials on the website referenced in the Notice (www.envisionreports.com/milestone2025). As more fully described in the Notice, all shareholders may choose to access our proxy materials on the website referred to in the Notice or may request to receive a printed set of our proxy materials. In addition, the Notice and website will provide information regarding how you may request to receive proxy materials in printed form by mail or electronically by email on an ongoing basis.
Your vote at the Annual Meeting is important. Whether or not you plan to attend the Annual Meeting, we hope you will vote as soon as possible. You will find voting instructions in the Notice, the Proxy Statement and on the Proxy Card.
